Santeria

I designed and art directed Santeria, a clothing line that draws deeply from my unique perspective as an American-born citizen with Mexican heritage. This collection serves as a vivid exploration of cultural identity, fusing elements of Mexican popular culture with contemporary streetwear aesthetics. Drawing inspiration from traditional black and white Mexican pulp comics, I created a series of striking symbols that speak to themes of modern machismo, language barriers, urban legends, and vaquero culture. Each piece in the Santeria line is a wearable narrative, challenging and celebrating the complex intersections of Mexican-American identity.
